This has unleashed the largest revolution in communications history. A consumer owned and operated autonomous communication system. Each individual participant provides a small piece of the physical infrastructure and the power to support it's operation. A whole greater than the sum of it's parts is created. This creates a node. A fiber station or trunk is used to off load wireless bandwidth onto fiber providing a type of load balancing.
